Terms & Conditions
A holiday booking is made between Natural Resorts Ltd, 145 – 157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PY (‘Natural Resorts’) and the signatory of your booking form who must by over 18 years of age (‘you’).
Confirmation of your Reservation
1. When you make a booking, you must complete a booking form and accept on behalf of your party our terms and conditions and make arrangements to pay the deposit amount. Once we have received your deposit payment, a contract will come into existence according to the booking conditions detailed below.
2. Deposits of 30% of the total value of reservation are payable by cheque or bank transfer at the time of booking.
3. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment of the deposit when a confirmation invoice will be issued. This documentation should be carefully checked and we should be informed of any corrections within 10 days of receipt as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date. The balance is due not later than 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking. If payment is not received in full on time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and levy cancellation charges in accordance with the "Cancellation" section below.
Cancellation
Should you have to cancel, the person who signed the group leader should immediately inform us in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows and applicable from the day we receive written notification:
60 days or more prior to arrival: loss of deposit
35 - 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total price
21 - 35 days prior to arrival: 75% of total price
0 - 21 days prior to arrival: 100% of total price
Booking alterations
An alteration made within 4 weeks of departure may be subject to a £25 amendment fee together with all additional costs involved in making any named changes.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that a guest would like to make a complaint or has cause for dissatisfaction, he should contact us as soon as possible whilst in resort with all relevant details in order for us to undertake a thorough investigation and to try and resolve any problems there and then. Any complaints after the end of the holiday must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the return holiday date.

Please note that once Natural Resorts has received your deposit payment, you will be informed of the contact details for your accommodation and you will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the operator whilst in resort.
