Converted from an old sawmill 3 years ago, Chalet Le Ranch is a fabulous property that perfectly captures the owner's beautiful and very unique design style. He has created a chalet that combines traditional building materials with state of the art design and truly modern luxury. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 of them en-suite, a modern kitchen, under floor heating and a luxurious hot tub. Some of the more unusual features are the funky wood burner, complete with mock, ripped flue, stone sinks on cider barrels and a 'piste basher' snow chain banister!

The first floor living space is very light and airy with views of Mont Blanc to the south and the Chaine de Fiz to the north. Large sliding patio doors open from the sitting area onto an intimate south facing terrace. Here you can sit in the hot tub, surrounded by trees and the mountain backdrop, whilst listening to the stream trickling over the rocks in the garden.

The chalet is a short walk from the ‘Aillouds’ blue piste allowing you to ski down to the new Prarion lift, just 200m below and to ski home at the end of the day.
You will also find the Battendier Sports Ski hire shop for your equipment hire, the ESF office and the ChamBus Stop, giving access to all the other resorts in the valley. There are also bars, restaurants and a Boulangerie here for your morning bread and croissants.

There is parking for 3 cars outside the chalet which is accessed from the courtyard.

First Floor

The kitchen is open plan with the dining table and the living area and the terrace may be accessed through the French windows.

The Kitchen has a breakfast bar dresser, large fridge freezer, 5 burner gas hob with electric oven and extractor fan, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped to cater for 14.

Services

You will be met at the chalet by a representative. A returnable deposit of £250 will be payable which will be returned if there is no damage, nothing missing and no special cleaning required.

You can book our locally based chefs to cook for you in your chalet. Our weekly catering option includes full breakfast, afternoon tea and homemade cakes and four course evening meal with wine and cheeseboard; bed linen, towels and final chalet clean; firewood. Staff have one day off.

Availability

The prices set out below are based on 7 nights accommodation from Saturday to Saturday with exclusive use of the apartment on a self catered basis. The rates include electricity, heating, hot water and tourist taxes. However, linen is not provided and may be ordered separately at a cost of £15 per person and logs are £30. A final clean of the apartment will cost between £60 and £150 depending on the length of clean.

The prices for the catered option are reached by adding the following amounts (per person per week) to the cost of the chalet: £195 per adult; £135 per child under12yrs; £95 per child under5yrs; infants under 2yrs are free.

Alternatively you can book a chef for one or 2 evenings during your stay. Their services range from £16 per person for a 2 course meal with wine to £24 per person for a gourmet meal with wine.
